When you apply we collect what you type: your name, mobile number, email, the amount you are looking for and what it is for, when you need it, your industry, your monthly revenue range, time in business, credit range, and whether you have ever defaulted on a loan. We also record the page you applied from, the advertising parameters in that page's address (such as utm and gclid values), your IP address, your browser, and the text and time of the consent you gave. Later in the process your advisor may ask for business bank statements and identification.

To review your application, share it with the funding partners who review it, contact you about it, and, if you accept an offer, to arrange your funding. We use a soft credit inquiry to check your options; it does not affect your credit score. A hard inquiry may happen only after you accept an offer, and we tell you before it does.

Titan shares your application with the funding partners who review it, so they can consider you for an offer. Your information is never sold, and we do not pass it to lead marketplaces. We share it only with the people and providers we need to process it: our own team, the funding partners reviewing your application, our CRM and messaging providers, credit bureaus, and, if you accept an offer, the bank or funding partner named in your agreement, and as required by law.

The application shows this line under its button: “By continuing you agree to be contacted about your application and to our Terms and Privacy Policy.” By continuing past it you agree that Titan may contact you about your application by phone, text message and email. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to any text to stop texts, tell any caller you want no more calls, or email us; we honor every request promptly. We do not call or text outside 8am to 8pm in your local time.

This site may use cookies and tags (for example Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics) to measure which advertising brought you here and how the site is used. You can block cookies in your browser; the application still works.

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where the law allows, by writing to info@titanfundingpartners.com. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA; contact us to exercise them.

Applications are stored in access-controlled systems and kept only as long as needed to consider them, arrange their funding and meet our legal obligations.
